Inspection Trip Conditions

• Location – Sal Island, Cape Verde.
• Duration – 2 or 3 days depending on flights.
• Package includes – flights and accommodation.
• Visas – Upon arrival at the airport, client will be able to purchase visa at passport control for €25.
• Deposit – client pays a deposit of €1000 to CottonBay – Cabo Golfe that will be deducted from the purchase price of the property. If property is not purchased CottonBay – Cabo Golfe will keep the deposit for expenses.

Client arrives at airport and will be met by a CottonBay staff member that will take care of the client throughout their stay.
